ω-Conotoxin CVIF

ω-Conotoxin CVIF is a selective Cav2.2 channel inhibitor with an IC50 of 34.3 nM in rat isolated DRG neurons. ω-Conotoxin CVIF block of Cav2.2 channels is weakly reversible[1].
