Enfortumab
Enfortumab is a humanized derived anti-Nectin-4 antibody that can be conjugated with the highly efficient microtubule disruptor MMAE to generate the antibody drug conjugate (ADC) Enfortumab vedotin-ejfv (HY-P99016A). Enfortumab can be used for the study of locally advanced and metastatic urothelial carcinoma[1][2].
