P-2281 is a mTOR inhibitor with anticancer and anti-inflammatory efficacies. P2281 inhibits mTOR activity in colon cancer cells. P-2281 suppresses Dextran sulfate sodium salt (DSS) -induced colitis by inhibiting T cell function and is efficacious in a murine model of human colitis[1].
