Alinidine (St-567) hydrobromide is a specific bradycardic agent. Alinidine hydrobromide reduces the slope of the diastolic depolarization in sinoatrial tissue and Purkinje fibers. Alinidine hydrobromide shows antiischemic and antiarrhythmic effects[1][2].
