Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic ELISA Kit

Inorganic Pyrophosphatase (PPase) catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate into two orthophosphates: P₂O₇^4-+H₂O+PPase→2HPO₄^2-. Applied in nucleic acid amplification experiments, PPase can hydrolyze the inorganic pyrophosphate generated by the polymerization to avoid its inhibition effect to synthesis of RNA strand. In the production process of mRNA vaccine drugs, PPase can increase the production amount of mRNA. According to regulations, various residues should be detected for mRNA vaccine solution, among which, PPase, as a protein product, belongs to the category of protein residue detection item, so quantitative detection of its residues should be carried out. This kit can detect and quantitatively analyze the PPase residues in Mrna solution with high sensitivity and specificity.
