SIRT2-IN-13
SIRT2-IN-13 (compound 7c) is an inhibitor of SIRT2 and induces apoptosis. SIRT2-IN-13 selectively inhibits colon cancer and leukemia cells and arrests the cell cycle in the G2 phase[1].
