Apoptotic DNA Ladder Extraction Kit With Spin Column uses DNA Spin Column to extract DNA Ladder, which is more convenient than traditional phenol chloroform extraction method for alcohol precipitation, and small DNA fragments are less likely to be lost. It is very efficient to extract small DNA Ladder down to180-200 bp in length, at the same time, genomic DNA up to 50 kb is also extracted.

• If not assayed immediately, samples can be stored at -80°C for one month.• It is recommended to perform several dilutions of your sample to ensure the readings are within the standard value range.• Fresh samples are necessary for good results.
