Omeprazole sulfide
Omeprazole sulfide is an Esomeprazole (HY-17021) precursor. Omeprazole sulfide can be converted to Esomeprazole by Lysinibacillus sp. B71. Esomeprazole can inhibit gastric H+/+ ATP enzyme. Omeprazole sulfide is mainly used in gastroesophageal reflux disease, gastric ulcer and antibacterial research[1][2].
