CD45R, also known as B220 is a 220 kDa transmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on B cells and some subsets of T and NK cells. This antibody is commonly used as a B cell marker as CD45R does play a critical role in TCR and BCR signaling.

Anti-CD45R In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (RA3-6B2) is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
