Formulation
No carrier proteins or preservatives added in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl.
Antigen Distribution
The antigen is found on some monocyte/macrophage populations, endothelial cells, thymocytes, NK-cells, T-cell subsets and 40% of bone marrow cells from all mouse strains tested. Clone HK1.4 does not block the binding of clone RB6-8C5

Applications Notes
Immunoprecipitation: 1–2 μg per 100–500 μg of total protein (1 ml of cell lysate).
