Applications Notes
Blocking: Blocks in vivo IFNb leading to increased the lethality of mice infected with West Nile Virus (WNV), similar to the susceptibility of IFNb-/- mice. Clone HDB-4A7 circulates with a half-life of ~ 14 days.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
