Background

Mouse CD155, is a member of a subfamily of immunoglobulin-like adhesion receptors. Mouse CD155 is expressed on a variety of cells of hematopoietic origin apart from its existence on the epithelial cells. The engagement of CD155 with CD226 and CD96 induces cytotoxicity of NK cells and CTL.

Anti-CD155 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (4.24) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Antigen Distribution

CD155 is expressed at cell junctions on the primary vascular endothelial cells. Also, mouse CD155 is highly expressed on DP thymocytes.
