Anti-CD11a In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (FD441.8) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Formulation
0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

The CD11a LFA-1 antigen is present on >97% thymocytes, >95% blood lymphocytes, 79% bone marrow cells and certain lymphoma and macrophage-like cell lines.

Applications Notes
Functional Assay: The antibody inhibits ConA-facilitated lysis, but does not affect PHA-facilitated lysis.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
