Anti-CD8 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (YTS-169) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Formulation
0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
Antigen Distribution
Present on the surface of most thymocytes and a subpopulation of mature T-lymphocytes which include most T suppressor/cytotoxic cells. CD8 participates in T-cell activation through its association with the T-cell receptor complex and protein tyrosine kinase lck.

Applications Notes
Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections: This antibody should give satisfactory staining results when used on frozen sections but the concentration is assay dependent.
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.
