Anti-HLA-DQ In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (1a3) is stable for at least one week when stored at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at – 20°C in a manual defrost freezer. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
Formulation
No carrier proteins or preservatives added in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 - 7.4.
Antigen Distribution
The HLA-DQ antigen is present on approximately 10% of peripheral blood lymphocytes. This antibody reacts with virtually all B-cell lines and some tissue macrophages and dendritic cells.
