Anti-CD19 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (SJ25-C1) is stable for at least four (4) weeks when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Formulation

0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 - 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Antigen Distribution

Anti-Human CD19 recognizes a (Mr 90 kDa) B-cell surface glycoprotein which is present at all stages of maturation. Anti-CD19 does not react with T-cells, granulocytes, monocytes, erythrocytes or platelets. The CD19 antigen is expressed on approximately 5-25% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes and approximately 60% of splenic lymphocytes.
