Widely expressed in myeloid leukemia cell lines, including K-562 (chronic myelogenous leukemia), THP-1 (myelomonocytic leukemia), HL-60 and NB4 (promyelocytic leukemia), and KG-1 (acute myelogenous leukemia) cells.
