For neutralisation of biological activity dilutions have to be made according to the amount of IL-6 to be inactivated.

1 ml (100 μg/ml) 0.2 um filtered antibody solution in PBS containing 0.1% bovine serum albumin.

Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
