For immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, immuno assays and Western blotting, dilutions to be used depend on detection system applied. Applications Notes
W: A non-reduced and reduced sample treatment and SDS-Page was used. The band size is 35 kDa (Ref.1) . IHC-P: Tissue sections were pretreated with prior heat-induced antigen retrieval by incubation overnight at 72 °C in a commercial solution of EDTA at pH 8.0. (Ref.1) .
