Mouse Anti-Goat IgG (H+L) FITC
Fluorophore: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC) Fluorophore/Protein : 7.1 μg/mg; 2.7 moles FITC per mole IgG
Product Specifications
Background
Based on immunoelectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on goat IgG and with the light chains common to most goat immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This product exhibits minimal inherent cross-reactivity to mouse serum proteins. This antibody has been tested by ELISA and/or solid-phase adsorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with mouse, human, and rabbit serum proteins, but the antibody may cross-react with immunoglobulins from other species.
