2× Hieff™ PCR Master Mix (No Dye)

2× Hieff™ PCR Master Mix (No Dye) is a kind of conventional PCR premixed solution which is ready to use. This 2x PCR master mix from Yeasen is composed of HieffTM Taq DNA Polymerase (Cat#10101), dNTP mix, MgCl2 and optimized buffer. Note that, this taq polymerase master mix doesn't contain bromophenol blue dye. Compared to 2× PCR master mix (With Dye) (Cat#10102), its PCR products isn't used to electrophoresis directly. But, during the reaction with this PCR master mix (no dey), only the primer and template can be added for amplification, which greatly simplifies the operation steps of experiment.
