ION Natrium Green – 1 (ING-1) AM is a membrane permeable, yellow-green fluorescent, intracellular sodium (Na⁺) indicator. Formerly known as Asante Natrium Green - 1 (ANG-1). Has improved cellular loading and significantly higher brightness than SBFI. It has a lower affinity for sodium than ING-2. Excitation: 525 nm | Emission: 545 nm | Kd: 20 mM
