Boc-Hyp-OMe is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) . Boc-Hyp-OMe is also a alkyl chain-based PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1][2].
