COX-2/15-LOX/mPGES1-IN-1 (Compound 2c) is an inhibitor of COX-2, 15-LOX, and mPGES-1 enzymes with IC50 values of 0.057, 2.39, and 2.8 μM, respectively. COX-2/15-LOX/mPGES1-IN-1 possesses anti-inflammatory activity and can inhibit rat paw edema in vivo experiments[1].
