Flutax-2
Flutax-2 is an active fluorescent derivative of Paclitaxel, binds to αβ-tubulin dimer polymerized. Flutax-2 can be used for imaging microtubules in live cells, isolated cytoskeletons and parasite (Ex/Em=496/526 nm) [1].
