MSA-2-Pt
MSA-2-Pt is an orally active STING agonist that has good cell membrane permeability. MSA-2-Pt can induce cell death by Pt, which may release damaged DNA to activate the cGAS-STING pathway. Besides, MSA-2-Pt can activate the STING pathway directly by MSA-2. MSA-2-Pt can be used for the research of cancer[1].
