EGFR/microtubule-IN-1 (Compound 10c) is a dual inhibitor targeting EGFR and tubulin. The IC50 for inhibiting EGFR is 10.66 nM. EGFR/microtubule-IN-1 can reduce the phosphorylation levels of EGFR, AKT and ERK, hinder tubulin polymerization, and induce apoptosis[1].
