MB327
MB327 is a bipyridine nonoxime compound that restores neuromuscular function. MB327 restores the activity of nicotinamide acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) for carbachol desensitization in a typical type II PAM manner. MB327 can neutralize nerve agent poisoning[1][2].
