Antiproliferative agent-45 (compound 9) is a prodrug. Antiproliferative agent-45 exhibits significant anti-proliferative effects for human pancreatic cells in hypoxia but fewer effects in normoxia. Antiproliferative agent-45 can be used for cancer research[1].
