sgc8c aptamer (sodium)
Product Specifications
UNSPSC Description
sgc8c aptamer sodium is an aptamer that specifically targets the human protein tyrosine kinase PTK-7, which is mainly expressed on cervical cancer HeLa cells. Binding of sgc8c aptamer sodium to PTK-7 induces the assembly of nanotags on the cell surface, resulting in strong fluorescence and SERS signals. Specific to cervical cancer cells[1].
