Olaptesed pegol sodium A pegylated-based L-oligoribonucleotide aptamer targeting CXCL12. Olaptesed pegol sodium neutralizes CXCL12, and CXCL12 inhibition mobilizes chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells into the circulation and prevents their homing into the protective microenvironment[1].
