CJ28 is a cortisol biosynthesis inhibitor that significantly inhibits basal and stimulated cortisol production in human adrenal carcinoma cell lines. CJ28 exhibits inhibitory effects by reducing steroidogenesis and de novo cholesterol biosynthesis[1].
