P-gp inhibitor 19 (Compound 6i) is a P-gp inhibitor. P-gp inhibitor 19 can inhibit the efflux of rhodamine 123 (HY-D0816) in P-gp-overexpressing leukemia cells K562/Dox and also restore the sensitivity of DOX-resistant cells[1].
