SDH-IN-11
SDH-IN-11 (compound A7) is a SDH inhibitor, and shows inhibitory effect on nematode feeding, reproductive ability, and egg hatching. SDH-IN-11 promotes the oxidative stress of nematodes and causes intestinal damage to nematodes. SDH-IN-11 inhibits the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) in nematodes[1].
