D-4-77 is a potent inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 Mpro with an IC50 value of 0.95 μM. D-4-77 has antiviral active with an EC50 value of 0.49 μM. D-4-77 suppresses SARS-CoV-2 Mpro -induced antagonism of the host NF-κB innate immune response[1].
