LtaS-IN-2
LtaS-IN-2 (compound 13) is a inhibitor of LTA synthesis, and shows antibacterial activity against S. aureus and S. epidermidis, with the MIC90 of 0.5 μg/mL and 1 μg/mL, respectively. LtaS-IN-2 is a derivative of LtaS-IN-1.
