PSEN1-IN-1 (Compound (+) -13b) is a PSEN1 inhibitor. PSEN1-IN-1 inhibits PSEN1-APH1A and PSEN1-APH1B complex with IC50s of 19 and 5.5 nM. PSEN1-IN-1 can be used for Alzheimer's disease research[1].
