A3AR agonist 2 (Compound 19) a selective A3AR agonist (Ki: 22.1 nM) . A3AR agonist 2 stimulates β-arrestin2 recruitment, with EC50 value of 4.36 nM. A3AR agonist 2 can be used for research of inflammatory diseases, ischemia, cancer, neuropathic pain, liver diseases, and other chronic conditions[1]. A3AR agonist 2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
