Tubulin polymerization-IN-45, a tubulin-targeting agent, is a tubulin polymerization inhibitor. Tubulin polymerization-IN-45 binds to the colchicine site of tubulin. Tubulin polymerization-IN-45 induces apoptotic cell death in hepatocellular cancer (HCC) cells[1].
