SEH inhibitor-16 is a soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) inhibitors with an IC50 of 2 nM. sEH inhibitor-16 reduces the inflammatory damage in Cerulein (HY-A0190) -induced acute pancreatitis (AP) in mice and can be used for inflammation/immunology research[1].
