RSV L-protein-IN-3 is a wild-type RSV polymerase inhibitor with an IC50 value of 10.4 μM and an EC50 value of 2.1 μM (against RSV). RSV L-protein-IN-3 has lesser cytotoxicity than the clinical agent, Ribavirin.
