Ser-SNAC (TFA)
Ser-SNAC TFA is a small-molecule substrate for NRPS C domains. As for NRPSs, refers to nonribosomal peptide synthetases, are large multidomain proteins to catalyze the formation of biologically active natural products. Ser-SNAC TFA can be used for characterizing the substrate specificity of C domain-catalyzed peptide bond formation[1].
