Immune cell migration-IN-2 is a potent immune cell migration inhibitor with an EC50 of 13.5 nM in a T-cell adhesion assay. Immune cell migration-IN-2 is extracted from patent WO2019001171, example 11, can be used for dry-eye and other retinal diseases research[1]. Immune cell migration-IN-2 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
