3’-Azido-3’-deoxy-4-deoxyuridine
Product Specifications
UNSPSC Description
6-Chloro-N1-(trimethylsilylethoxymethyl)pseudouridine is a uridine analog. Uridine has potential antiepileptic effects, and its analogs can be used to study anticonvulsant and anxiolytic activities, as well as to develop new antihypertensive agents[1]. 3’-Azido-3’-deoxy-4-deoxyuridine is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
