Antiproliferative agent-22 (compound 2) is an anticancer agent. Antiproliferative agent-22 shoes anti-proliferative activities against MCF-7, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 cells with IC50 values of 6.2 μM, 3.3 μM and 3.3 μM, respectively[1].
