Fmoc-L-MeLys (N3) -OH is a click chemistry reagent containing an azide. Fmoc-L-MeLys (N3) -OH is a SPPS building-block for the introduction of N-Me-Lys that can be modified at the N3-group using Click-chemistry[1]. Fmoc-L-MeLys (N3) -OH is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
