3-Azidopropanoic acid-PFP ester
3-Azidopropanoic acid-PFP ester is an azidopropanoic acid linker that contains an activated PFP ester. The azide group can undergo copper-catalyzed Click Chemistry reactions with alkynes, DBCO and BCN to form triazole linkages. The activated PFP ester can react with amine groups to form stable amide bonds[1]. 3-Azidopropanoic acid-PFP ester is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
