MLKL-IN-3

MLKL-IN-3 (compound 66) is a potent MLKL (Mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein) inhibitor. MLKL-IN-3 inhibits necroptosis in HT-29 cells and acts downstream of MLKL phosphorylation, with EC50 of 31 nM[1]. MLKL-IN-3 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
