Antitumor agent-73 is a Diosgenin derivative, which inhibits STAT3 signaling and activates Pdia3/ERp57 exogenously. Antitumor agent-73 shows potent anti-tumor activity against various cancer cell lines, 7.9-341.7-fold stronger than Diosgenin[1].
