Antitumor agent-107 (compound 5h) is an anticancer agent that shows excellent inhibitory activity against leukemia cell lines (GI50=0.32-1.34 μM) . Antitumor agent-107 also shows antitumor activity against various other human cancer cell lines (GI50 range 0.35-9.43 μM) [1].
